“Lexzie” was our first show line German Shepherd, she became a member of our family in 2002 at ten weeks of age. At 5 months old she received the show rating of VP5 and went on to receive multiple SG ratings as an adult. Lexzie has proven to be a wonderful family companion and mother not only to her own puppies, but also as a surrogate mother to other puppies and even an orphaned litter of kittens. She has an excellent temperament in all settings, is highly intelligent, and at eight years old still agile enough to leap a four foot fence from a stand still. My constant companion, I always feel safe with Lexzie by my side, wherever we go Lexzie is well known and always welcome.
